Conde, SD

Members of our Conde community traveled to Pierre on January 24th to hopefully sway the House State of Affairs to send HB 1158 to the floor. We had some very good speakers on our side. As it turned out, we don’t think it really mattered because they already had their minds made up as to how they were going to vote. It was a totally waste of time for us.
